3. Pack the cabbage tightly into a jar, making sure it’s completely submerged in its own brine.
4. Seal the jar loosely and let it sit at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks, checking daily to make sure the cabbage stays submerged. Once it reaches your desired level of tanginess, transfer to the refrigerator.

2. Kimchi for Clear Skin
Ingredients:
• 1 napa cabbage
• 2 tablespoons sea salt
