Q: How do you maintain such glowing skin?
A: It’s all about balance! I believe in nourishing my skin from the inside out, which means eating whole foods, staying hydrated, and following a solid skincare routine. I’m also a big fan of red light therapy, hot and cold treatments, and, of course, sleep! But most importantly, it’s about consistency and finding what works for your skin. No quick fixes here—just daily love and care!
Q: What’s one wellness habit you swear by?
A: Definitely my morning routine! I’m a firm believer in starting the day with intention. My mornings usually involve a mix of hydration, breathing, and some form of movement. It sets the tone for the day and helps me stay grounded. Oh, and I can’t forget my favorite part—cold therapy. It might sound intense, but nothing wakes you up quite like a cold plunge!
Q. How do you stay motivated on tough days?
A: Honestly, it’s all about mindset. I’ve been through some tough times, but I always remind myself why I started this journey. On those challenging days, I lean on my routines, treat myself kindly, and remember that it’s okay to slow down. And when all else fails—I lean in to the fact that I might feel like this today but it’s only one day and tomorrow will be a better one. Netflix is my go to on days like this.
